هذا الكتاب هو نص التقرير المقدم إلى عصبة الأمم سنة 1930 من قبل اللجنة الدولية التي ألِّفت للتحقيق في ملكية حائط المبكى في القدس عقب ثورة البراق سنة 1929. وقد أوضح التقرير بجلاء أن الحائط هو من أملاك الوقف الإسلامي، وجاء مؤيداً حقوق العرب والمسلمين الكاملة في الحائط والمنطقة الملاصقة له.

This is the text of the report presented in 1930 to the League of Nations by the International Committee established to investigate the ownership of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem after the Buraq Uprising (1929). The report clearly confirms that the Wailing Wall is Muslim waqf property as part of the Western Wall of al Haram al Sharif.
