Water may be a reason for an upcoming world war.  The book sheds light on the importance of water and environmental energy through research that studied the tenyear plan for the provision of water sources and resources and sustainable development in Lebanon and the Middle East.  The research also dealt with the rationing of water and recycling in the industrial sector, regional challenges and methods of treating water and environmental resources.  The book is supplemented with charts and figures upon which most of the published research is based.  It forms the first research-based product of the Water, Energy and Environment Research Center (WEERC) that was recently established at Notre Dame University-Louaize.
