Fourth Way Law
by Her Royal Highness Princess Basmah bint Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
Fourth Way Law is the result of years of research and analysis by Her Royal Highness Princess Basmah bint Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. She was prompted by the unprecedented challenges in the world today – ones that have been rapidly engulfing the Middle East and the wider world since 2011. It is meant to be adopted as a brand new constitution that would serve as an antidote that can be tailored to any system of governance and customized to any country or culture.
HRH Princess Basmah bint Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
Her Royal Highness Princess Basmah bint Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was born on 1 March, 1964 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Her Royal Highness grew up with her mother in Lebanon, where she received her primary and secondary education. Due to the outbreak of civil war in Lebanon, HRH settled in London. In 1984, at the National American University in California, Her Royal Highness received BSc (Hons) Degree in Sociology. In 1986, she went on to achieve MSc Degree in Social Economics and Political Science.
During her residency in Britain, from 2011 to 2014, and after a period of research and strategic studies into humanitarian problems and concerns, HRH launched the Fourth Way Law. The Fourth Way Law received official accreditation from the EU Parliament in 2014 as an alternative constitution able to succeed in the twenty-first century.
